Yesterday me, Agnes, Agata and Nico were presenting AEGEE in 999 – Open Doors, organised by European Youth Forum. I am not going to get you bored by all the happenings which were going on there, but just some short highlights:
- To entertain himself, Nico started to play around with Y Vote 2009 bracelets, trying to see how many can fit into each other.
- OBESSU, LYMEC, IGLYO and other abbreviations – do they make any sense to you? Now we know what those and some others mean!
- Networking was done on a high level in terms of getting to know organisations around us, going and speaking with other organisations (we even found a stand of the National Youth Council of Latvia), answering to questions about AEGEE, non formal education books and Y Vote as well as meeting people we already know – nice surprises.
- Drinks (wine and juices) and food (different warm and cold snacks) were good. :)
- AEGEE-Europe flag almost got stolen by Ana Danila & Co., luckily Agnes & me managed to get it back. We will be more careful next time!
