It was Thursday evening.
All the new AEGEE PR materials were put into the envelopes, sealed and ready to be transported to Delft and to be send to the Network. General Mailing sceduled for Friday. Departure time: 13:30
It was Friday. 9 am. Nico rushed into my room: “Olga, SU PR materials just arrived!!!”
“What? Crap… I mean: great! Wake up the house! :)”
And IT has started!
10 people, 3 hours of work.
Foldering posters Department.
Counting postcards Department.
Packing envelope No.1 Department.
Packing envelope No.2 Department.
Scotch Department.
Logistics Department.
Transportation Department.
Everyone was working, everyone took part in the process. Thank you Nico, Anya, Denis, Agata, Anita, Sorin, Dilyan, Elena and Mirka!
In the end of course we didn’t manage to fit into one car. :) So one more car was rented and stuffed with the envelopes. Agata and Nico got in and headed to Delft together with me and Manos in the other car.
There in the office of AEGEE-Delft with the help of Piter-Jan and Berend we stamped all the envelopes, sorted them and put into bags. Hope the post officers didn’t have a heart attack when they saw the amount of the things to be sent ;)
What I wanted to say: new AEGEE PR materials and SU materials are on their way to YOU! :)
