What is T4T ?
It is a training session which will give 24 youth workers an opportunity to gain knowledge and develop their skills in order to become competent trainers.
‘The T4T ‘Jump on the train’ is addressed to members of AEGEE, European Youth Parliament and other youth organisations who are experienced group leaders, facilitators or chairs. They will find out how to plan, run and evaluate high quality trainings and enable them to explore different ways of learning and working with multicultural groups. The participants will also have a chance to test their skills during workshops they will lead.
You are perfect participant if you
- are interested in and/or excited about training, with a clear desire to grow as a trainer
- are eager to learn and help others learn, open-minded, curious and flexible
- already have some experience delivering trainings/workshops, but wouldn’t have necessarily attended a training of trainers programme yet
- are familiar with the organisation and its training system, understand the challenges the organisation currently faces in this area and are willing to contribute with solutions
- are active in European youth work and looking forward to staying involved as a trainer during next ~2 years
