“Aaaaa \u2013 we got in! Our promotional movie was assigned to a huge contest of the Danone company!” This is the only topic lately discussed in AEGEE-Warszawa. How did we manage it and how can YOU help us win?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each antenna has its own mission. AEGEE-Warszawa also has one. Our mission consists of 4 elements: IDEA, PEOPLE, ACTION, SATISFACTION. This sounds a little bit theoretical, doesn\u2019t it? For me too. Until I started my own project \u2013 making a promotional movie of AEGEE-Warszawa<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Everything started with one message from Tomek, my friend from the AEGEE-Warszawa PR group: \u201cWould you like to coordinate this film with me?\u201d, \u00a0he wrote. I just looked at the pile of books and notes to study and answered without thinking: \u201cWhy not!\u201d And that\u2019s how we started to carry out the mission of AEGEE-Warszawa in practice.<\/p>\n

Together with the whole PR-group we decided to fulfill the first point of our mission completely<\/strong>. Our Motto\u00a0\u201cShare your passion with people ready for action\u201d<\/em> became the theme for our movie. We all know that AEGEE-Warszawa is an organization which gathers people from different universities, various faculties, with opposite views and experience, but first of all people having incredible passions. Passions, which we can share together to inspire ourselves. We just needed to show this in our movie.<\/p>\n

After writing a script, discussing the topic and endless meetings about the movie, we started to carry out the second point: PEOPLE.<\/strong> During a few months we gathered 23 incredible people and one amazing cameraman, editor and visionary (all rolled into one). We connected these people in the third point of our mission \u2013 ACTION.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of course, during such a project problems are inevitable. Fate put obstacles in our way, like various diseases, rain during outside scenes, or tenacious university\u2019s authorities, who didn\u2019t want us to shoot a movie. Luckily we fought our way out of these problems thanks to the fast reaction of AEGEE members and endless replacements.<\/p>\n

Common work took us to the last point of the mission of AEGEE-Warszawa: huge SATISFACTION.<\/strong>\u00a0 Thanks to all the involved AEGEE members we managed to bring this movie to an end. The premiere took place on the 10th<\/sup>\u00a0of October. It was a real Oscar night for us. All dressed up with awards for play (even real \u201cgold\u201d Oscars!), we drank Russian Champagne in honour of our long work.<\/p>\n

But we didn\u2019t rest on laurels. One of us found a competition for students’ organizations, which was organized Danone. The prize amounts 3000 z\u0142 (about 800 euro)! We decided to try. A few nights later (spent on converting the movie) we sent the video and\u2026 our movie was assigned to this contest. Now we need YOUR help!<\/p>\n

To get into the final we need votes of web surfers. The only thing you need to do is:
\n1. Follow the attached link<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0to the site of the contest
\n2. Click \u201cLike\u201d on the Danone (if you didn\u2019t do it before)
\n3. Click the red button under the player [ Zag\u0142osuj! ]<\/p>\n

Only eight movies will be considered to get a prize. For voting you have time only to 6th<\/span>\u00a0December.<\/p>\n

We are the only one antenna from Poland, which was assigned to this contest. Now we can show that we are also a tight team. We can connect all together and use the AEGEE Spirit to help\u00a0 us win.<\/p>\n

For me these last months were incredible. As a coordinator of this project I put a lot of effort in this.\u00a0I\u2019ve spent a lot of time for this movie, I did so many different things for it, but I managed to do this. For me this last point of our mission, satisfaction, has already been fulfilled, but I must remember that I worked in a team of amazing people and this award is also\u00a0for them.<\/p>\n
