{"id":3843,"date":"2012-02-27T20:14:46","date_gmt":"2012-02-27T19:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/?p=3843"},"modified":"2012-02-27T20:14:49","modified_gmt":"2012-02-27T19:14:49","slug":"training-for-trainers-t4t-jump-on-the-train","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/2012\/02\/27\/training-for-trainers-t4t-jump-on-the-train\/","title":{"rendered":"Training for Trainers (T4T) &#8211; Jump on the Train!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What is T4T ? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>15 \u201322 April 2012 in Warsaw \u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/2012\/02\/27\/training-for-trainers-t4t-jump-on-the-train\/jump-on-the-train\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3846\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-3846\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zeus.aegee.org\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/jump-on-the-train.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"112\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is a training session which will give 24 youth workers an opportunity to gain knowledge and develop their skills in order to become competent trainers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The T4T &#8216;Jump on the train&#8217; is addressed to members of AEGEE, European Youth Parliament and other youth organisations who are experienced group leaders, facilitators or chairs. They will find out how to plan, run and evaluate high quality trainings and enable them to explore different ways of learning and working with multicultural groups.
