The meeting started with energizers and getting to know each other games, while Academy speaker Maria Nomikou was there to give the boost to SuFu team for the whole meeting by her energizers and team building activities. After those exercises, the team revised its objectives and aims, making a concrete time plan with responsibles, and put them in charts. They have gone through and developed the PR, HR, FR and Project plans of the team. Creativity was on the top with our great designers, whom have painted the walls with their ideas. With more than 15 team members, the team spent lovely 4 effective days, and the only thing that could slow this team down was the gigantic amount of Greek food we ate, which made everyone gain 3 kilos at least. And one of the milestones of this event was the new mascot of SuFu team, which we will not tell it yet.
